Refund policy

You may return any item for a full refund or exchange for any reason, minus the cost of shipping, if all of the following conditions are satisfied:

  • The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed, with all original packaging and attached tags.
  • No more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • You are the original purchaser of the item.

Should you need to make a return past 30 days, you'll receive only a 50 percent refund if the item has not been worn or washed.

If the item is unworn but is missing the original packaging, you may not be entitled to the full refund. 

If you wish to do an exchange and you meet the above-listed conditions, we will happily ship you a new product and either credit or charge you any price difference. 

If the item is defective or was damaged during shipping, we're happy to issue you a free replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Return and Refund Process

  1. Contact us within 30 days to request the refund.
  2. Once we confirm that you're eligible for a refund (full or partial), we'll let you know.
  3. You'll then ship the product back to us. If you're in the U.S., we'll cover your return shipping costs. (We cannot refund the shipping costs for the original purchase.) 
  4. Once we receive it and confirm that the product is unopened, we'll issue your refund. It may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the refund to your account.

Product Exchange

  1. Contact us within 30 days to request the replacement. You may swap the product for a different size or color of the same product.
  2. Once we confirm that you're eligible for an exchange, we'll let you know.
  3. You'll then ship the product back to us. If you're in the U.S., we'll cover your shipping costs.
  4. If the replacement item costs more than your original purchase, we'll bill the card on file for the difference. If it costs less, we'll refund you the price difference, and you'll see the refund appear in your bank account or credit card in 5 business days or less.

Defective Product Replacement

  1. Contact us within 30 days to request the replacement. Send photos of the damage or defect.
  2. Once we confirm that you're eligible for a replacement, we'll let you know.
  3. You'll then ship the product back to us. If you're in the U.S., we'll cover your shipping costs.
  4. Once we receive it and confirm that the product is defective, we'll send your new product. We know you need your post-surgical garments, so we'll rush the replacement at no extra charge.
