Return & Refund Policy

You may return any item for a full refund for any reason, minus the cost of shipping, under the following conditions:

• The item is unused, unworn, and unwashed.
• No more than 30 days have passed since the date of purchase.

Should you need to make a return past 30 days or if the item has been worn, you'll receive only a 50 percent refund.

If the item is defective, we're happy to issue you a free replacement within 30 days of purchase.

Return and Refund Process

1. Contact us within 30 days to request the refund.
2. Once we confirm that you're eligible for a refund (full or partial), we'll let you know.
3. You'll then ship the product back to us.
4. Once we receive it and confirm that the product is unopened, we'll issue your refund. It may take up to 5 business days for your bank to process the payment to your account.

Replacement Process

1. Contact us within 30 days to request the replacement.
2. Once we confirm that you're eligible for a return, we'll let you know.
3. You'll then ship the product back to us.
4. Once we receive it and confirm that the product is defective, we'll send your new product. We know you need your post-surgical garments, so we'll rush the replacement at no extra charge.
